Our OEM customer requires specific data submissions. Can you support that?
Yes — provided the required format is specified, which it normally is. The engineering task is usually capturing the underlying data reliably rather than the submission itself, and we design the capture around the submission requirement from the start.
Can traceability be retrofitted to an existing line?
Usually yes, though it depends on whether parts can be uniquely identified at the points that matter. Where marking does not exist, adding it is often the first step. We assess that during the survey and are direct about where genuine part-level traceability is achievable and where only batch-level is realistic.
